Documentation needed for a Passport renewal:
Applications should be made online to the Ghana High Commission at
Complete and print the form.
Four passport size photographs
Completed application form i.e.
Guarantors must have signed and dated it – No. 11 on completed form
Declaration by Applicant must be signed and dated - No. 12 on form
Witness (professional person) must have signed, dated and stamped it – No. 15 on form
If you have changed occupation since your last passport was issued you must provide proof of occupation
If you have changed your name in any way since your last passport was issued then you must provide documentation to support that
A Postal Order payable to the Ghana Consulate Dublin for €120.00
A postal stamp for 8 euro (new passport will be returned by registered post)

Your application will not be processed and will be returned to you if you do not include all of the above documents.
When your application has been accepted your name then goes on a list and you will be called to come in person to our office in Dublin for your appointment with the Biometric team from the Ghana High Commission. At this appointment you will have your photo, fingerprints and signature captured for the issuance of your passport a few weeks thereafter.
